Welcome to the 25th annual Whitman Undergraduate Conference, a celebration of the scholarship, 批判性思维, self-driven exploration, and creativity of Whitman students.
The conference will be held in person only this year. Panel sessions will take place in various venues across Whitman's campus, and a poster session will be held in the lobby at Cordiner Hall. 之间的会话, enjoy the musical creativity and genius of Whitman students performing from the classical and jazz repertoires.
研究 conferences that span disciplines and occupy a full day are rare events, especially at small colleges. The Whitman Undergraduate Conference is a testament to the value of liberal arts learning and a showcase of original work sparked by course study, 高级论文, faculty-student research, 独立的项目, 奖学金, internships and study abroad.
The conference is organized by the Fellowships and Grants team at the Career and Community Engagement Center. The 2023 conference will be an in-person-only event. All are welcome to attend who are in abidance with Whitman College’s current COVID-19 protocols.
Panel presentations will not be live streamed or recorded.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available for all panel presentations.
