That's why we're offering 惠特曼的 Early 金融援助 Guarantee—so you don't have to wait until you are admitted to start thinking about the cost. In fact, you can find out before you even apply!

惠特曼的 innovative approach to financial aid has been 特色 multiple times in 的 New York Times!

With this early guarantee, you can see how much money in scholarships and financial aid you’ll be awarded from Whitman if you are admitted. 

We’re happy to give you and your family extra time to see if Whitman works for you. 

Early 金融援助 Guarantees are available for high school seniors—yearly from July 1 through Dec. 15.

What You’ll Need to Provide

If you're a high school senior, you can request an Early 金融援助 Guarantee. 的 WISFAA form can be submitted by international students at any time before their chosen deadline. We'll use this information to calculate the scholarships, 奖助金, loans and work-study for which you qualify.

Merit-Based 援助

To find out what you could receive in merit or achievement scholarships, please provide:

  • An unofficial copy of your high school transcript
  • Your senior year academic schedule
  • SAT/ACT scores (optional)

If you are a U.S. citizen and wish to be considered for federal need-based aid, you must complete the FAFSA. To be considered for Whitman need-based aid, you must also complete the  CSS档案.

If you are an international student and wish to be considered for need-based aid, you'll need to fill out the Whitman 国际 Student 金融援助 Application.

请注意: Need-based aid is based on the information you provide in your Early 金融援助 Guarantee request. If there are major changes in your finances after the initial request, we may need to make adjustments.
